My name is Yuri Stalmakhov.I have been making coffee for 20 years! I am the owner of the sorso.by coffee roaster; the founder of the professional barista school barista.by and the author of all the training programs of this school; co-author of the Coffeetab patent (tabletting of ground natural coffee), a participant in the Rozum/Cafe project (a robotic coffee shop operating on professional coffee equipment rozum.com); the author of the You ube channel "From coffee to life - Coffee 4 live".
