Hello sir! Very nice truck you have there. Looks like Gary kept it in great shape for you! I just purchased roughly the same truck. It’s 1970 Ford f-250 2wd 360 ci, manual brake and steering. It’s a Sport Custom. I have fun driving it because it feels like a strong work truck. I may add power steering and a/c at some point; it’s hot here in Texas🥴! I paid $7,750.00 for mine. Really, I just wanted a non computer truck to fix up and be able to repair myself if it breaks down. I wish you the best of luck with that beautiful truck!

It took me over three years to find a truck that I liked at a reasonable price. Auctions are very random, sometimes things go overpriced and sometimes surprisingly cheap. You have to be consistent and monitor the lots Also, this was during the peak of Covid and I unfortunately think those prices are gone by now

Nice truck. My Father had a 67 f100. He apparently had one in mind that had a 360 and a 4 speed. He said that it was a farm truck and it was kinda rough shape. Then he found another 67 only it had a 240 and a 3 speed he converted to a floor shift in near showroom condition. I have to say that he had wished maybe he could have gotten the first one. Oh well what's done is done.

I tried this kit 3 times. My problem was that the lock tight never stayed in the parcelin. The pin always slipped out. I had to get the lisle kit and push the parcelin through and then it came out no problem This kit would not work for me at all.
@TheManusimpson31

Kit did the same to me a couple times. That's why I advise to put locktite both on the applicator AND on the pin, so that you basically have double dose! How frustrating when you put locktite, wait an hour and it just fucking doesn't work lol
@mr.boostang2064

did you push it through with the Lisle tool and then make the threads with the tool in the video? I have the lisle kit but it won't bite onto the cap, I have used this tool on video with great success but never had the porcelain stuck until now.
