Snakepit was such an amazing band, in both incarnations, such a shame they're no more. I think the best guitar work Slash ever did is in this album It's Five O'Clock Somewhere

i love both albums, are really great! this album ..'it's five o'clock somewhere', makes me remember when i was just a boy!! i love them!!they were great!

i had to get used to 'it's five o'clock somewhere'; 'ain't life grand; is more bluesy, the first album under the band's name is much heavier then guns n' roses; both rock though and i also like them more then VR with Weiland's vocal

I was there. Brilliant performance. All the Metalheads who went for Slayer and Machine Head all though that this band were 'pussies' but that just meant that the Hard Rock fans got an excellent front row performance of Skid Row and Snakepit! The only downer was that you could hardly hear Eric Dover's voice.
