I’ve done this to my sister for too long with long ago promised embroidered towels 😬

Isn't funny how we tend to do that with those closest to us? I think it is because we know they will forgive us. 😇 Thank you for commenting and watching. It means a lot!

What part of the dollhouse do you like the best? The Bliss outside or the McLoughlin inside? I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Years ago I made a rough replica of our house to be used as a bird feeder, that was till the little girl next door saw it. Just by the look in her eyes there was no way I couldn't give it to her.

Does anyone else have dreams of building and furnishing a Victorian dollhouse? Let me know your thoughts. I'd love to hear them!

I have a large Victorian built (minus putting in windows) waiting for decorating. And I think I've now changed my mind and want to do a "modern" dollhouse inside it - like a family moved into an old Victorian in the time of today. I love Victorian dollhouses, and had every intent of decorating this one this way, but I think the modern take will give me a lot more freedom and less stress about historical accuracy.

@@Mrs_Homemaker I love this idea. It will be fun to decide what you want to remain historically accurate and what elements you want to update. It will be a nice snapshot into our lives today while navigating what was here before us. Thank you for your comment!

Thank you for watching, dear artisans! I hope you enjoyed my armchair history of Victorian Era wallpaper. What do you think was the most dramatic part of its history?
