I had all of them, also with vintage 500XL. sold all of them and keep BL USA. dimebucker was just too trebly. alnico magnet on the wilde made it had extra mid which I wouldn't prefer. BL USA simply the best overall.

I am lucky enough to have all that rack gear. The one thing that is missing is a vintage Randall 4X12 w Jaguar Speakers 🔊. I have the RG100. I always wanted the HT but never pulled the trigger and now prices are insane. I was on the fence when the 1503 came out, and heard so much negativity. Nice to see it works. I kind of wish I had an Ampeg 140c to try with all the rack gear although I have all the top pedal forms of that. Thanks for sharing. He lives forever through us all.

The EMG is more precise and punchier but the warmth, rich texture and dynamics of the heatcrusher makes it a far more pleasant and complex pickup imo.

! wow ! the so called 'flipped' position here is showing a thicker shuke. The chug flecking is thicker and slightly fuller and the high is no longer harsh. The same EQ comes through making it terribly difficult to discern for most. It also sounds more like all other pickups losing that really ultra zesty kind of djenty thing it has going, that jazzy zinging ring in it is no longer as pronounced. = RAD DUDE! Congrats you just figured it out thanks.
