I always thought Jay-Z had skills as a rapper. He's a ghetto superstar. I like a lot of his tracks. I was born and raised for my early childhood in Brooklyn, New York. My family was barely lower middle class back then but I'm proud to be from the ghetto!

It's the damn parents/guardian's job to guide their kids and create positive situations for them. Too many people think other people are responsible for their kids. If you can't raise them properly, don't have them. I feel so sorry for children who are born to IRRESPONSIBLE, IMMATURE people.

Will give you guys a couple things to think on for a minute that might seem off track but it's not. Nope, I'm just going to give you one thing to think of and let the depth of its you can because it is deep if you're a deep thinker and if not you going to take it on the cover. Anyone know that ice cube went to school in the San Fernando Valley? He didn't go to school in the hood. Ice Cube went to school in a nice Latino, black, white and other colors with him. Ice Cube was not in a gang. Spend more time around middle-class people of his own age, Monday - Friday, then he did with people in the hood. No I mentioned Jay-Z and the one thing he says that he started his mind turning to want to lead the project and I was something as simple as a freaking field trip to his teachers home and seeing a nice expensive refrigerator where you could get your own ice or water by putting a cup against a lever. I know Ice Cube has this image which is strictly business. Don't get me wrong, I know Ice Cube was around a lot of Behavior like that in the hood. But he also so other parts of life and other situations. If you think that Dre and Cube along with the rest of NWA, were gangsters and they just made it hip-hop for fun and if they happen to make a dollar on the side that's good, then you completely miss the original intention of that group. They're running to make money to get up out of there Hood. If that meant they had to be controversial and provocative with the jams then so be it. But that was just a side effect of why that group was created. Everybody knows Dre why would he have signed m? Do you see the things that Ice Cube and Jay-Z had in common that a lot of people from the projects don't have a chance to do or see? They saw an outside world that was appealing. These are my words from Jay-Z just go read the book decoded by him

The thing that he saying about the projects is absolutely true but you gotta understand without getting too political, is there a particular group of politicians that would prefer people stay in the projects and living in a situation where the dependent on government? You need to seriously ask yourself that question folks. That's exactly what J is saying at the very beginning. It was a stepping stone or maybe even a crutch or whatever you want to call it, should help that person get to the next level or at least help their kids get to the next level. If it came generational and the rest is literally and figuratively history. I'm not going to put hip-hop culture in this too much oh, but I do want to focus on a certain type of Industries. If your low-income family and stay in government housing, there's a very good chance that it's been generational. Not so much recently because of everybody being out of work over the virus and stuff. If I'm a kid raised in public housing, and I never see anything outside of my complex, sometimes and many times complexion, income level and a different type of Lifestyle did exist other than something we just see on the TV and believe in our own young brains as children to be something that's not really obtainable and it doesn't really happen anyway because everyone says hey, that's a TV show Michael. Is the Fredericks I ever get from my home is riding on the bus to the school, seeing the same faces and people veteran my family's position, how do I know for sure that that world on TV isn't just completely fake? I remember coming up and there was always the candy lady where we would go get our little candy from her house or whatever. There was always a liquor house where you could go buy liquor on Sundays since where I was raised the liquor store close on Sundays. Always a market right there within the projects. The farthest I ever get away from my home is on a school bus, as I mentioned above. So Jay-Z nailed that question that was the first one that popped up. What does he give for the reason that gave him incentive to finally want to get out? He went on a field trip with a school teacher to her home if I'm not mistaken. I think he said that he saw a refrigerator that opens on one side for the freezer and the other for the fridge. A place where you could put your cup to get ice was on it as well. So just for one person right there that's absolutely what made him look at the shiny things in life. We need to change the mindset of this generational welfare. If the government's going to invest in these ways you should also invest in a lot of other ways such as education, somebody to babysit your children when you go to a job or School, sending kids out of their environment to completely different types of school is not a good idea Imo, not at a young age. Especially since you end up being a minority regardless of your color you're more than likely going to be a man rid of low-income

Projects were initially built help low-income people, and arguably to separate them intentionally from non low-income urban-dwelling people. There's lots of people that stay in the projects but where Jay was raised was predominantly black if not majority. In some cities is mux much more mixed up amongst races. The city I stay in has white bow, Latino, Black Folk
