mine is 520d and doing the same problem but its is reversed mine has a pickup in low rev range once the rpm is above 2000 it has zero power pickup the car struggling to make gear changes and struggling to reach 100km/h plz help can someone tell me the problem mine is 520d f10 2011 model

@@TSI_M5 looking trough my crystal ball. It sounds like you car is in limp mode. It could be clogged DPF, very simple boost leak, or some faulty sensor. If it is not chip tuned, the easiest thing to do is to check fault codes.

@@mikkomakela1997 zero fault codes and the dpf was clogged but after cleaning also this issue was not solved no errors everything is working all sensors are checked but dont the issue 🥲

@@mikkomakela1997 no boost leak but the intake pipe from the filter to the turbo had a custom pipe it has a light 1-2mm gap i guess and injector no.1 was little faulty it has been replaced now still same

If you completely remove egr then it is solved. But my experience with egr delete and software tuning is bad. Always something bugging and then car is not posting original fault codes. I made my car completely stock and fixed every small thing in the engine system. Vacuum hoses, actuators and cables.

@Silfwerz i have actually fixed the original cause. If you follow those vacuum hoses, there is egr vacuum actuator bolted on the side of the engine block. It was broken. It generated constant vacuum to the egr.

@@mikkomakela1997 did the check engine light disappear when you change it? I have the same problem as you.. fucking terrible. I did dpf off and egr delete. I tried plug the vacuum hose much better response but the increased emissons light is still there..

@@Antoniofiddy when i plugged the vacuum hose the check engine light always popped up. But now that i changed the vacuum actuator, unclogged vacuum hose and removed a plate from egr, it disappeared.

Egr valve is open. Unplug the vacuum hose and clog it somehow. I used a screw.

Mulla oli ihan vasta samanlainen. Oli ahtovuoto imusarjassa. Imusarjan läppien kotelot vuoti. Asensin läppien poistosarjan. Ja jos sielä on vuoto niin ne läpät on 33mm halkaisijalla.

Its stock from early N/A OM606. It has steeper injection cam as far i know.

Only one. That wasnt bmw fault code. Diagnostics couldnt read it. but it was because egr is coded off

For me it was the EGR valve. I unplugged the vacuum hose and clogged it with a screw

@@e60tube90 i have removed swirl flaps and deleted dpf manually and from ecu. And egr only removed from ecu. Then tuned to ~300hp and ~650nm. The problem was egr vacuum solenoid. It was open all the time. And then it messed up air mass levels and then injected too much diesel. And now i unplugged the vacuum hose from egr valve. And blocked the hose with screw.

I mistakenly take the oil line from coolant plug. Oil and coolant plugs are side by side and all the coolant went to engine and raised the engine pressure too high. Novice mistake but i learned from that. Ps sorry for taking too long to answer
