0:19 to 0:29, the old school text zoom instead of the turning text. That's old zoom is a callback to the older episode of The Price Is Right. Too bad they didn't bring back "Hour Power" in the text for a further callback.

That Precis was a cheap piece of junk, to be honest.

Now that TBE reversed the stance on bump we could see this on the channel in the future.

Wow, a contestant passed the two pair only to wind up with one pair in his new hand! It happened three years before this one!

And wow, this could have given the World Series to become the first in November if all seven games were played thanks to the quake! (But it would not be until 2001 thanks to 9/11!)

For each of those 2 Showcases, I would have guessed the following. 1st Showcase: $21,000 2nd Showcase: $15,500

There's a pricing game in the first half of the show played for two or three trips, judging by the order of the prize suppliers seen at the end of the show. Think it's either 4/11 where Most Expensive is played in the first half of 11/1/1989 where Bump is played in the first half, best guess I have. Appears to be the third pricing game on the show played for trips, and Bump was played third on 11/1, with Poker Game played second. 11/1/1989 could be the date.

Two days before The Phone Home Game was retired. The previous episode, 7402D or 7011D from the previous season is thought to have the "haunted department store" showcase as seen at the beginning of the Robair Clip Tape

Huntington, WV, the hometown of August 15, 2024 Celebrity Bucket Kicker Peter Marshall. 3/20, 4/11, 5/12, 11/1, 11/29 in 1989, and 1/12/90 are shows copyrighted 1989 where Spelling Bee was the first game played. The 2/16/1989 episode was copyrighted 1989 but this playing of Spelling Bee is not in that episode. TPIR shows back then were copyrighted the year they were taped, not the year that they aired.
