“Buckle like a wreck in the cold green sea” is an amazing image. When I read Churchill’s history of WWII, which spends a LOT of time discussing the sinking of ships by German submarines, that image of “a wreck in the cold green sea” was indelibly seared into my brain. I will probably be thinking of it on my deathbed…

Also, I love that their band name was church, but they look like rock stars, talk about the perfect gimmick!

I'm with you! I always love this song! Im an 80,s kid! This sing is so dark, and cool and his voice is almost a little haunting, but I love it! The british boybands always blew our amaerican boy bands out of the water!

What's the point of this song, boys? It's the opposite of "Reptile", even "Ripple", which were tightly composed songs with a narrative thread the listener can follow. The whole "Sometime Anywhere" album was a pretty, sprawling mess. At least you got back to writing some actual songs after this.

I personally can't not think of 'Reptile' by NIИ. Much different sound arengement and overall expression, yet the same ideal concept both bands are attempting to portray. Although NIИ's interpretation may be a bit grittier in description of the "reptile" in detail.

*Why do intelligent people fail in life?* The more intelligent a person is, the more the world seems boring and dull. This is because the truth doesn't change. They waste their childhoods because they don't anticipate anything beyond what school offers, and then when they hit the real world it all comes crashing in until they decide to put it right again, endlessly chasing a previously boring state. Intelligent people are much more likely to think that something is terribly wrong with the world. Put that in your IQ Tests! The internet is a modern Witch's Sabbath. Get a complex from the Devil you can never erase. That will fix your boredom. *Is intelligence gained from previous lives?* There are only three option after death, being rebirth, another form or dimension, or nothing at all. If you eliminate nothing at all and see souls as born of Celestial consciousness then there is a possibility that one is reborn through the pull of the complexity of life. People closer to the truth might see that because of the momentum of their previous existences. Someone complete in the truth might move on to another dimension or form. This means that a reborn person is just incomplete in the truth.

Under The Milky Way Tonight by The Church is such a deep reflective soul song that makes you think about stuff. If you got to grow up in the 50's through the 90's with all of the golden classic cars, movies, music & concerts from the best pop culture eras, YOU were very blessed!

*The True Pentagram* The struggle to achieve clarity is never-ending. One is always attempting to reclaim the clarity of one’s childhood. This is a strange gift where we become driven and ruled over by those with knowledge. This is the gift of sacred geometry in the witch’s pentagram that wards of evil whereby the lesser clarity must perform acts of magic or miracles. This is the magical inspiration of the Celestial in the Three Fold Way where the gods become constellations. -Coils of the Serpents
