I have a whole the size of a half dollar and I've put layers and layers of flex tape. Didn't work

Filled it with air 2x. Held each section fully underwater by halves. I give up.

Thanks man. This has been driving me crazy. Tried to find this leak for 2 days now. I'll let you know how this goes.

This is dead wrong. One end gets the turnbuckle, the other gets the u-camps.

Thank you for the feedback Jeremy. This particular Zipline kit wire has a built in loop at one end. This end is wrapped around the tree at the high end then back through the loop on the wire before it is stretched to the tree at the low end. The low end tree has a separate loop of wire to wrap around the tree. That is then attached to one side of the turnbuckle and the other side of the turnbuckle is clamped to the main Zipline wire.

You may want to go back and check your rope clips. It looks like the saddle of your clips are tied to the dead end. You never saddle a dead horse with your clips, they will not hold under a lot of tension. The saddle of the clip should be on the live side of the wire rope.

I see what you’re saying. I didn’t have any wire slippage but that is some sound advice. I put the clamps on so it was easier to access the nuts with a wrench. Anything I can do to keep it safer is a must. I’ll be sure to flip the clamps upside down from how I had them so the saddle of the clamp is on the live side of the wire.
