Indeed so; it is now 34 years since Kevin made his recording and this is the first occasion on which anyone besides him has performed this movement (there have been two others of the middle movement, albeit both cut and just one of the finale). Mr Miller plans to prepare the entire symphony eventually - something to which we can all look forward with immense enthusiasm!

Heavy programme, well executed, you understand technique and your instrument but above all you know the feel in the music. I can hear your joy in the Vierne, your frasing in the Franck, just love it.

I don't have anything specific scheduled as of now. The first organ symphony is my next Sorabji project and it may be performance ready in a couple of years while I am still at IU. Information will be posted at the Sorabji Archive (www.sorabji-archive.co.uk) well in advance if so.

This performance - of one of the thorniest sections of this massive symphony - is nothing short of extraordinary! No congratulations can be hearty or fulsome enough!
