I used to suffer from anxiety and high blood pressure and fixed both conditions with calming exercises (slow breathing, meditation, yoga), easy aerobic exercises and short HIIT. Our team includes a PhD in cardiology who follows on the most advanced heart health research and helps us to compress main points to short practical videos.
We built the BreathNow mobile app so users can perform our exercises off-line and easily track their progress with lowering heart rate and blood pressure. We cooperate with the scientists from the University of Cambridge in the UK. We built together several heart health tests for BreathNow.
