I love that you sew clothes for your mom and also share your clothing projects with her. So cool! And you're already so skilled at a young age. Great job!

Could you please mention how you began sewing? Did your mum show you or did you take a class at school or something? You have so many things made, so impressed.

When you do the hack on the Wilder gown, could you do a sew along so we can see how to do it? I made it too and it is way too big - not sure how to change it. Also the Sagebrush sleeve was too full - don't know how to change that and I have tried! I like your idea to just add the ruffle to a top (I did that once but I could have made it more ruffly). Thanks.

Looks like a lot of fun stuff to make! My mom has requested a pair of pants for Christmas and I normally quilt or do other gift related stuff so shouldn’t be a good challenge

Really enjoyed this knitting podcast Ellen. Really lovely to have on while knitting myself. You've really inspired me to look into different types of yarns (super chunky merino wool is all I've knitted with so far) and attempt knitting something other than a large rectangle 😂 just wanted to say thank you. 🩷

Welcome back! Always look forward to see what you are making next. For me, sometimes you just have to follow the motivation and if that means knitting or doing something else over sewing or listing products you do that!! 😊

Welcome back and thank you for another inspirational podcast Ellen! I always look forward to them and this one didn't disappoint. I love your work and how you are always so happy to knit for your lovely mum - and others! You look great by the way and are so lovely inside and out. I'm intrigued to see what your summer knitting will bring and your finished WIPs when they are done. 😊

This video: 41 minutes of me getting progressively more jealous of your mum. 😂 So lucky that she has someone sewing such lovely pieces for her! On another note, I can completely relate to what you described as basically an itch to sew a shirt. Shirtmaking is so methodical and relaxing. It's actually one of the things i go to when I'm having anxiety. Looking forward to seeing everything you make this year!

In America the raised flower is called dotted swiss, but I don't know if the embroidered flowers would fit in that category.

Hi there I’m not sure of your name…… You are very clever indeed🎉 I love the moss stitch jumper you are making. Not everyone can knit. I feel we all have our own unique gifts. Please be kind to yourself , you seem like such a sweet girl. Maybe you can journal in a book, and keep track of all the great things during your day. Have you thought about a little pet to help with your anxiety. We have a little boy poodle Henry that we absolutely all love him so much. He has helped us heal our way through our day. Stay happy 🦋
