This is gold. Bought his books and wish there was more here from Magenta Films. Great work.

I’ve watched this video probably 20 or so times now. It’s so well done. The music is amazing and goes so good with his art and his story.

How glad I am for this video. Thank you Magenta Films! I loved hearing about his great philosophy and way of seeing life. I have the book on his art but this video has so much stuff that's not in the book. Great closeups, the master himself sketching new things and sharing with us. I am a professional visual effects artist for movies, and that's really more technical arts than arts in the traditional sense, but I am starting oil painting because I am so inspired by his works. Now I will watch the vimeo video!

His work reminds me of dreams, vivid dreams of the future that moves me emotionally. One of My favorite artist and visionaries.

I know what you mean but I don't like this kind of future-visions.

I always loved this man's artwork but never knew his name or his story. Hearing his thought process behind his work and his inspiration from dreams is very enlightening. Thank you for creating this!

Because there are too many artists in the world and they are lost in an oversaturated world of creatives. Plus art is no longer the biggest medium, it’s technologically based. unfortunately. This man would be seen as a master if he was born in the 19th century.

I find it so strange that I recently found out about this artist, bought an art book of his and the same day I found this video was uploaded 🤔 great insight into his thought process!

no surprise. We're living in a computer simulation and these things happen all the time. Otherwise the chances of that coincidence occurring would be like 1 in a million. Great video from a wonderful channel. Art books have provided me a much-needed escape from real life. I have my easy chair set up with a desk, a lamp, a blanket and a cup of coffee. I spent many hours with dragons, unicorns, space battles, pixies, dark forests, giant robots and medieval knights. My art books are the best investments I ever made. My 3 favorite art books, all available from amazon, are: - Fantasy Art Paintings by Mike Hoffman - Infinite Worlds by Vincent DiFate - Great Fighter Jets of the Galaxy 1 by Tim Gibson

@magentafilmsdocs This is one of the best documentaries I have seen featuring an artist. From the direction to the music, everything is done so completely well and so perfectly complimenting Harris's art style. The video I saw didn't have a credits roll, which was disappointing, especially since I was hoping to learn about the director and the music director's name. It would be helpful if you at least published the credit list under each video if not insert it in the end. Credit where credit is due. Great job!

This video illustrates what 'In A Time Lapse' means to its creator, and gives a glimpse of what the making of it entailed, not only for Maestro himself but also for the musicians involved. It's fascinating to listen to Ludovico's commentary during this video, and to observe how he works and interacts with his band. The live concert is beyond belief, unforgettable and totally mesmerising.
