The unit heats up fast and is super quiet. It looks fancy kzitem.infoUgkxl8Od2BvnGbn1ffwqsuFXW0QnmcZgMiVY and can be kept in the living room. It gets hot within a split second of turning on the unit. The build quality is exceptionally good and is safe to be around kids and pets. This one is super quiet and can be kept on while in office meetings, my wife loved it. It shows the temperature right on the unit which is very useful and adding a rotating feature helps to heat up the surrounding, so other people will not fight with you for heat. It is right as described in the description..!! Definitely recommend!!

Your losing all your heat from the water by letting it hit the air. You need to run the heated water into the pool water without letting it touch the air, that will help heat your pool a lot more!

Nothing beats a thermoshield solar blanket on the surface of the pool for solar heating. It is in direct contact with the surface your heating. I have tried black rubber hoses, but rubber is a horrible conductor for heat.

Really great water heater and I like the little leaves that you put near the water sprinkler and maybe get a little stronger pump

I see that you shouldn't drink from some water hoses, are you worried about any type of cancer causing containment leaching in from the black irrigation pipe especially after its been heated?

Great great setup !! amazing design, the way you used the pump to circulate water in the garden hose... But why did you let the hose overlap itself, there's no heat coming from the sun on the surfaces of the hose that is in the shade is it ? Anyway, I'll copy your design :) thanks for sharing !

very nice! lol I've paused it at 0:22 - 0:23 and studied and studied. Great use of hoses that were included with pool, plus pvc. I'm setting one up for the first time this year, and although I will not be using a heater...I am going for dual fountains with gate valves versus ball valves. thanks for the inspiration.

You could improve the heater by using steel flex pipe used in showers. Steel conducts heat better than plastic or wood. Also maybe use a steel backing on top of the wood panel backing for greater heat retention also.

your skimmer isn't totally vertical, to get it to stay vertical, tie the part that goes over the pool edge to one of the pool poles, it won't float out like yours is doing.
