I really like your creations! I have a question, are the LG 18650 cells protected or unprotected? Could you post the link where you bought them? There are so many of poor quality ones that I don't know where to buy them. Could you explain how the 2 drone motors are connected to the receiver, in order to turn, etc... Sorry for so many questions, I really liked your invention and it would be great for my purpose. I want to try to make one, I'm gathering information. Thank you very much, I look forward to your updates! Greetings from Barcelona!

I really have doubts, whether to do the project with the drone motors or the motors from the first video, specific for water and more powerful, could you tell me a model similar to those you used in the first design or put a link? It would be of great help to me, I don't have much idea about electronics or the world of RC, I'm trying to gather all the knowledge to be able to do it. If you could guide me a little, it would be of great help!

Can you link the propeller and the adapter please? And can you garantee ip proof from the motor?

I’m actually interested in building one. What propellor are you using and what do you recommend?

still experimenting with different propellers. probably a 100-120mm with 3 or 4 blades would be a good choice.

@@nenostyle still have to experiment more with a different servo. Biggest concern is mechanical strength of the servo rather than heating.

This is very cool how do I export to an STL to print?
@TeoSivanich

Right click the object you want to download then click "Export" in the context menu that appears. Select STEP instead of STL because it better reproduces curves.

Making the propellers bigger would that help make it faster on low speed to save battery?
@joewoodchuck3824

One thing to consider is that a bigger propeller takes more power to spin.

It worked without any issues for the whole summer and planning to take it out again soon. Entire setup is working even after storage over the winter.
