Hi & welcome!My name is Tania and my channel is mostly wellness, where I share Yoga & Pilates workouts with you. All practiced at home with no equipment- just you and your mat! My aim is to make movement available for everyone, whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, whether you have a busier schedule. I want you to be able to take time for yourself to get on your mat and move, so you are able to feel amazing in your bodies and your minds.
I believe movement should be available to everyone. I share Yoga and Pilates workouts for all levels, including shorter videos (15-30 minutes) as well as longer ones (45-60mins) so there is something available for everyone!
