Hi guys; my name is Khoan Vong. I am a professional Chinese chef with over 20 years of cooking experience. I entered Chinese cuisine industry in London China town. I worked there for a number of years in different restaurants; cooking authentic Chinese dishes; both in traditional and dim sum department. I left London in 2000 to work in the midlands and northern parts of the UK.I set up my Chinese take away in Hull in 2002 and still run the shop till present day. I am very passionate about Chinese cooking and gain a wealth of experience and knowledge which I want to share with the world.
