I had a tuff ranked session yesterday. I fought Panda, Auska, Nina, Lili, King, Panda (Again), Leo, & Then got 1 & doned by a Victor all back-to-back games. I got pretty tilted, but I realized besides Victor I don't fight these characters often. So, I can’t really be mad because beating one unknown matchup is tuff, but beating 5 of them back-to-back😬. Just had to not play for the rest of the day and come back level-headed the next day. Also good vid my boy, you got my sub👍🏾

Bro that ending holy shit did i need that...lost my god 2 weeks pre evo but the past 2 days i focused on my mental and reminding myself i only started last year. (I want my boo lidia but still). I got all the time i need. I think im just stressin about evo instead of how fun itll be.

Yeah you’re putting a lot of pressure on yourself to have a specific performance/result. Ik it’s hard, especially as human beings we can be very result fixated and we constantly stress on the results and if they’re not desirable we think it’s a complete failure. Of course I’m not saying don’t go try your best and get far lmao, but don’t think about the placement you want, just go there, have fun, if you get your ass beat you’ll have something to learn from. Don’t rush your progress, you think all these pros got better over night? There’s a reason why most of the top players are mf’s in their mid to late 30s😭 they’ve deadass been playing the game for 20 years. I struggle with that too, I wanna be good and compete and place well all the time and tekken 8 is my first tekken game. I’m fujin and there are times I get so pissed off when I lose and I’m like “ahhhh, I should be tekken god at the very least by now I’m a failure! I’ll never become a tourney player!” Like bro, relax! Have fun, take your time, and learn. But yeah, don’t focus on your desired results for evo, just go in there have fun and learn. Good luck bro I’m sure you’ll kick ass. Hopefully I can go one day

Man, I remembered I have faced you in Ranked. I was the Rare Panda-Main. Most Steve players and included you are stressful to fight because I really don’t know how to encounter certain stuff or I wasn’t watching for specific things. I’m getting more confident by just learning what my character can do and be highly respectful and of course learning. I’m still learning for characters that I struggled and I need to have more better punishments. Tekken 8 makes me more stress than Tekken 7. lol I’m a young player that is trying to get into high competitive plays in ranked. Tekken 7 is where I started but bears was extremely weak but I didn’t care how weak the bears were since Rangchu can do it too. If I didn’t write good or I had grammar issues then my bad.
