Question: In your data frame, in the PPG column, if I want to replace the NA's in rows 2 and 3 with the mean on rows 1 and 4, and so on for all other observations (replacing NA's to mean between the two values surrounding the NA values), how can I do that?

Good morning, Thanks for the clear explanation but what if you have 2000 variables and 100000 observations and all of them have more 1000 missing values? Are you willing to clean all these 2000 variables?

hello, I'm having a problem with the last part where you select specific variables to create a smaller matrix. When I try to do it, it says it doesn't recognize the function nab.rooks. I don`t understand what the problem is...could you help me out?

I couldnt, but I cant find the mistake. There it says: - Error: unexpected '>' in ">" - I put it: data<-read.csv('data.csv') So, I dont understand why it says that I put > when I put none >
@shreyakarmoker5558

It's may be because you used (' ') instead of (" "). The command should be : data<- read.csv("data.csv")
