It depends on the products, if you look into www.tk560.com/stormtrooper.html It might give you a clearer idea of the costs/tooling at a smaller scale. Trimming the formed parts is almost as much work as pulling/blowing the part.

@@stephanez8036 We don't deal with offshore forming. You could always try to make your own former and tools if you believe it saves on cost. There are a lot of tutorials out there about making one. I wish you luck
