I just got one, how often do you water at what temperature. I have mine sitting at 76 I’ll water about three weeks to a month.

How long do you need to keep the soil damp for? How do you know when they are ready to be watered less frequently?

This guy is a complete idiot lol he doesn’t know how to grow these Lithops plants. Watering only twice a year is a good guarantee that your Lithops will not make it to the following year. Even in summer when these plants go kinda dormant you still need to give them a bit of water to insure their roots won’t go bone dry. There is no plant on earth that will survive with only 2 waterings per year.

BREAKING NEWS: the guy who nurtures plants and flowers enjoys things that look nice, and may even enjoy looking nice himself. Researchers are currently looking into this bizarre behavior to better understand why a human would enjoy aesthetics. In other news, the sky is blue. But back on topic to the video itself, I never knew these guys had bursting seed pods, that is really cool. I admire the patience it must take to grow these.

I was a bit confused w/ the title vs the speech; I had to do a quadruple take, as others have pointed out, the incorrect word: "pollution vs pollination."
