Its not just ADHD meds, its all psych meds. People think it magically eliminates all symptoms all the time. I have PTSD, and i cant tell you the number of times ive had a panic attack only to have someone say "Did yOu TakE YoUr Pills". Its so frustrating. Yes, i took my pills. I take my medication at the same time, every single day. That doesn't mean ill never have a panic attack, or social anxiety, or be unable to get out of bed ever again. It means that the majority of the time my symptoms are managable, not that they disappear.

If you’re upgrading from a Wii to a series X, you also need to make sure you peripherals are on-par. The amount of times I’ve heard these dudes online not even know the TV or monitor they’re using- they’re missing out on the experience. Get a 4K, 120hz TV or monitor. OLED panels are of course the best of the best. Don’t stick with a shitty TV you used with your Wii, it would be redundant.

How And what is to check ?
@AttentionDeficitHobbyDisorder
9 ай бұрын
Most chargers can be used to check your packs, you can also get a standalone battery checker, or at the very least, check the reading in your On Screen Display. Main thing to check is your voltage levels. Easy to forget what packs are full, and what packs aren't, especially if you run a bunch of the same exact pack. In my case, I forgot that I had put my batteries in storage voltage. They were at 3.8 volts per cell, and when I plugged in, I just assumed they were charged, and shot to the moon. Got the "Land Now" warning in my goggles, and that's when I looked at the voltage in my OSD, and the pack sagged down to something like 2.5 volts per cell before I was safely on the ground again. It's just a good habit to check the voltage on each pack before you fly!
@VikSim_VS

@@AttentionDeficitHobbyDisorderwill do so. My charger will have it so it’s good. Will remember the storage voltage. How long do they can stay like that ? What voltage with a 6S battery should I aim for landing ?
@AttentionDeficitHobbyDisorder
9 ай бұрын
I try to land at no lower than 3.5 volts per cell, so 21 volts total. My packs start diving really fast if I get any lower than that. LiPo packs can stay in storage voltage for a really long time. I don't know exactly how long, but storage voltage is basically their most stable state. You should be able to store them for months without issue. They should really be put in storage voltage any time you're going to be storing them for longer than a day, as storing them fully charged or depleted will start causing cumulative degradation.

@@AttentionDeficitHobbyDisorderSame here :) I’m actually building one Quad now myself .. like collecting the parts. I’m not sure if I should go 1750ish of 1950 in KV .. I like the sound of the lover pitched motors more .. any recommendations? how is the RCinpower ? Read only good about them
@AttentionDeficitHobbyDisorder
9 ай бұрын
I'm SUPER impressed with the RCInPower motors. About as close to flawless in the build quality as you can get, and they run fantastic! As far as KV goes, that's a tough one. It's going to have a lot to do with prop size and pitch, and what you're looking to get out of them. For the best info, I would go watch Chris Rosser's videos on motor and prop testing (which I've watched probably 6 or 7 times now). That being said, I run 6" props mostly, but do run 5" from time to time, so I went 1860KV because the thrust data chart on those motors showed a 6" 4.5 pitch biblade prop running within the limits of the motor, and my ESC, and still showed the 5" props doing very well. So I went with a 6" triblade with a lower pitch. Sort of guessed at what pitch to go with (ended up with a 3" pitch I believe, or something around there). Seems to work great, and on a 1200mAh battery, I'm getting a solid 4min45sec-5min flight time with aggressive flight, and close to 6min15sec with relaxed flight. Looking at their test data, I'm guessing that I'm getting around 1.9-2.0kg of thrust per motor with those props. Full throttle punches SCREAM! If I was just running 5" I would probably have gone with the 1960KV Supernovas. Hope there is something in the rambling that helps lol

I’m considering these and the TMotors F60 in 1750KV (just because of the lower pitch sound of the motor) .. and yours ..

That is a Walmart special! FieldLine Pro Series. It's actually a range bag that I used some EVA foam to add a couple dividers to. Works great for a light compact setup to run to the park with (I have a video about it and how it's set up if you're interested!). I just upgraded to a new bag though, because since I started the channel, I like to carry my camera gear around with me too, so the new bag fits all my drone stuff, my DJI Air 2, all my camera gear, my laptop, and all my EDC stuff (first aid kit, etc). Just makes more sense for my particular use case, but that FieldLine has definitely served me well, and will be one I use a lot for certain situations! I'll have a video about the new bag coming in a couple weeks after I've gotten a chance to live with it a bit, and make a few adjustments to how I have it set up.

I appreciate the feedback, however this was not intended to be a definitive guide on diagnosing potential hub/bearing issues. It was simply made to have a chuckle at the unfortunate state of my particular hub/bearings, especially considering I was second guessing myself after having already purchased all the parts. I am by no means a mechanic (heck, I wouldn't even call myself a shade tree mechanic lol). Just a serial hobbyist who enjoys tinkering, and doing some of my own wrenching when it will save me some money, and my skillet, available tools, and limited knowledge allow. One thing I'll never be caught doing is claiming to know more than the next guy! I always try to keep an open mind, and one thing I learned a long time ago is that the person who claims to know everything is usually the one who has the most to learn!
