I’ve tried all these devices as well. Opted for the Garmin Fenix 7x Sapphire Solar. As a soldier, it is the go to. Honestly suprised the Army doesn’t sponsor Garmin, everyone has a Garmin!!!

When I was in my twenties, I had a "cheat day" every Sunday I could remember feeling horrible the day after and mildly irritated during the week even while eating clean. over time as I got closer to thirty it was causing me mild health problems persistent injury that would not go away and my weight up to 180 on my short 5-foot 5 ish frame. now I eat (almost) a completely clean diet weight went down persistent ache went away. if you think a whole day won't affect you think again.

Thank you for sharing that. I struggled with the same thing my whole life until mid 20s. The processed foods and sugar I would consume on that one cheat day would mess my body up mentally and physically for days after. The feeling of having to make up for that day by fasting or some other extreme would further cause the negative snowball to get bigger. I made the switch into a daily action plan instead of off days and on days, and it has done wonders for my body. The hardest pill to swallow is that the best route is adopting lifestyle changes instead of short term dieting on and off. But I have found most people can hear this and still needs to go through the trials of failure and success for their personal journey before they come to this understanding as well.

@@CalmRiot Hah :). Can you fix my FitBit? O_O? I'm asking because I have an old Galaxy Watch 3. And the watch shows numbers that look realistic (~2000-2500 cal a day) and it's in general close to what I eat (2000-2200 + cheat-meals occasionally). It matches with GalaxyFit2 (I used before. It died) As for your question... I'm 181cm, 94 kg, Male. I do gym 2 times a week about 1.5-2h each. I don't have any ambitious goals rather than being able to fit my ass to my sit :). So I'm ok in general. I am just dissatisfied with FitBit Charge 6 (~140$ with "best in segment sensors", so they say) which works worse than GalaxyFit 2 (~65$ and 5 years older and has very basic sensors).

Thank you for sharing, 1) I would consider actually using an app like myfitness pal to track everything you eat or drink that has calories for a few days just to be 100% sure it is the amount of calories you think. 2) If you want the most accurate heart rate calorie burning then a chest strap would be your best bet. Let me know what you get from 1) as it is where a lot of issues with changing weight stem from. Also make sure to be getting a gallon of water a day.

Some constructive criticism: Your way of speaking is quite monotone. After a while of listening to you I check out for a bit. And I think most viewers would agree with me. And that really isn't meant judgementally, because I myself am quite monotone in my speaking patterns (as one might tell from my videos) I don't expect you to change your way of speaking, even though some training in that aspect might yield results. But at least some type of faster cuts or engaging captions when saying something important might keep people watching for longer. Your thumbnail is great, btw. Keep doing similar ones. Cheers :)

Thank you for the criticism, it will only make me better. I really do appreciate it. I realize I speak slow when I do not have exactly what I am going to say off a script or front of mind. Some parts I had to speed up to 120% lol. This next one I just released, I wrote out the script and tried to edit the cuts better. If you find time to watch the fitness tracker video I released, I would love more honest feedback.

Congrats for the video. Glad you folks are bringing this up. I will subscribe to you channel :) The rate of male suicide is staggering. The rate among divorced men is much higher. I would suggest to revise the divorce laws as well. And there are other discriminations against men who make the men's life quite hard. Specially since society see men value depending on what they bring to the table (so to say). This video might help you as well - kzitem.info/news/bejne/xKqav3ylhp97pKg Regarding the support and help for men... this is a rough one. On one side the current therapy solutions are pretty much tailored for females. Dudes do not need to be "listened" as such, we need to feel empowered and in control, starting physically and the mental will follow. On another side, support from the family is not working either. e.g. I am a married man and, from my own experience, talking about my issues to my wife (I have two jobs, working 100h+ weekly and it is quite daunting), from stress or concerns is useless. She cannot handle seeing me vulnerable (so I ended up reassuring her that all is good). After so many years I came to the conclusion that my wife would, in a way, prefer to see me dead on my high horse than see me vulnerable. I do not believe women would really listen nor respect men when they are vulnerable. So... from my perspective. Men mental health come from (1) keep yourself physically active (a lot); (2) have a network of dude-friends you can rely on; (3) be out and about as much as possible; (4) avoid toxic people.

I had been told how carbs were connected with weight gain and generally to stay away from carbs, at the same time had in no way never ever thought of using them to trim inches away. The number one idea behind the four cycle fat loss strategy would be to train the body to reduce fat for energy in comparison to carbohydrate. It’s based on scientific inquiry into the high carb diet habits of the Japanese and in addition their incredible long life expectancy. The evidence suggest that it’s their high carb-cycling diet practice which helps to continue being healthier into old age with a low body mass index (lesser incidence of overweight).Read even more here goo.gl/tLjnbf
