Pesarattu batter: 1. Wash and soak 1 cup green moong and 1/4 cup rice overnight. Grind it with 2 inch ginger, 4-5 garlic cloves, 3 green chillies, salt and water into a smooth batter. Allam Pachadi: 1. Heat oil and sauté 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds for 2 mins. Add chopped 4 inches ginger, 10-12 Guntur chillies, 1 small lemon size tamarind, 1/4 cup grated jaggery, salt and cook until jaggery melts completely. Grind it with hot water into a smooth paste. Prepare the pesarattu as shown in the video and serve it hot with Allam pachadi and enjoy! ☺️

1. Remove edges from 8 milk bread slices and cut into cubes. Deep fry in hot oil or ghee until crispy and keep aside. 2. Melt 100g khoya with 1/2cup milk and keep aside. To a pan add 3/4 cup sugar , 3/4 cup water and cook until it dissolves completely. 3. Pour 500ml milk , few saffron strands and let it come to a boil. Add 1 tsp elaichi powder, orange red food Color, 100g grated khoya and cook until khoya melts. 4. Add the fried bread slices and mix gently. Top with melted khoya, fried dry fruits and cook on low flame until it absorbs the liquid. Turn off heat immediately and don’t mix.

Tag all Masala Puri Lovers 💕. Bangalore’s famous Street food, Masala Puri. Recipe: 1. Soak 1/2 cup dry Green peas for 5hrs or overnight. Add to a pressure cooker. Pour 1 cup water, salt and cook for 5 Whistles on medium flame. 2. In a Pan heat 1 tbsp oil. Add 2 cloves, 1tsp Cumin, 1/2 inch cinnamon, 4 Garlic cloves, 1/2 inch ginger, 2 green chillies. Next add 1 sliced Onion and Sauté for 3-4 mins in high. 3 Now add 1 sliced tomato and cook till it softens. Cool and transfer to a mixing Jar. To this add 1/3 cup mint leaves and 2/3 cup Coriander leaves. Add some water and blend to smooth paste. 4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a Pan and add Spices ( 1tsp each red chilli, Amchur, 1/2 tsp each Coriander, Cumin and Garam masala powder). Fry for a min on low. Now add the prepared paste and mix well. Add salt and 1 cup water. Cook on low for 5mins. 5. Crush Puris on a plate. Add the cooked peas mixture and the Masala. Top with Onions, Tomatoes, coriander leaves and Sev. Serve hot ❤️. Recipe: 1. Heat 2tbsp ghee in a pan and add 1/2 cup chopped almonds, 1/2 cup chopped cashews, 1/4 cups chopped pistachios and cook on low flame for 5mins. Turn off heat and add 1 tbsp poppy seeds. Mix and keep aside. 2. Heat 2 tbsp ghee and add 3 cup grated fresh coconut. Cook for 5 mins and add 1.5 cup grated jaggery. Cook until jaggery melts completely. 3. Add the fried dry fruits and 1/2 tsp elaichi powder. Cook until the mixture comes together. Rest for sometime. 4. Shape into laddus while slightly warm and rest for 1/2hr. Serve to Ganpati Bappa and enjoy ☺️. Stays fresh for 4-5 days in fridge.

Recipe: 1. Chop 400g Naati/Desi tomato and keep aside. 2. Heat oil and fry 3tbsp peanuts for 2 mins. Add 2tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds for a min. 3. Add 7-8 green chilies and the chopped tomatoes. Add salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp turmeric and 100g coriander leaves. Cook for 3-4 mins and add lemon sized tamarind. Mix, cover and cook until tomatoes turn completely mushy. Cool and grind into paste. 4. For tadka heat oil and add mustard seeds, crushed garlic, red chilli and curry leaves. Add tadka to pachadi and mix. Serve with hot rice and ghee 🤗.

1. Heat a nonstick pan or kadhai and add 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup ghee, 2 cup milk powder and cook on low flame stirring continuously. Soak saffron strands in hot milk for 10 mins and add that too and cook. 2. Add 1/3 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp elaichi powder and cook on low flame until in thickens. Transfer to a plate and let it cool. 3. Grease Modak moulds with ghee and shape the mawa mixture into modaks. Garnish with soaked saffron strands and silver leaf. Let it cool for 2hrs before serving.
