I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH WORDS TO THANK YOU ❤ I bleached my hair and I got an orange color. Then I searched the hole internet how I can fix that, I followed your exact steps and now I got a really pretty gray tone. You just saved my hair ❤

I hope you are doing better! I looked up the type of Dr you recommended. I never heard of that type of place to go to. I just found a place about 30 minutes away!!! I saw they have a Dr who specializes in the hormone imbalance. They also have specialists that treat autoimmune disease. I can't tell you how grateful I am that I saw your video. It's an answer to prayer 🙏

My wife’s hair turned blue and dark. Is it because she bleached it same day? I saw this vid and was trying to fix the orange. She’s pissed. Not throwing shade. Just wondering what we might have done wrong.

Vag estrogen is actually better for you and helps with incontinuance and bladder infections where compounds and patches do not. Vag cream is covered by insurance where compounding is not. (Dr, Mary Claire Havier has a lot of videos on this specifically and ONLY treats menopausal patients). Also, you DO need Progesterone even when you have gone through menopause or like me, don't have a uterus. Progesterone helps you sleep and is the hormone that helps you like people.

What had you used originally to deposit the purple? If your original color had only been from color depositing conditioner like Overtone, would the first step with the developer have been necessary? Once the natural hair comes in, won't there be a ba;nd or line between the dyed silver and your natural hair color which doesn't exactly match the dye?

I think most of us ladies have had our time(s) with anxiety / depression and all other numbers of things. Men too, of course. In 2000 I lost 98% of my hair. Thankfully it all came back. That was a tough 3 - 4 years. Last year I had a sudden health issue, and during that 3 month process found I had another issue. The stress from the first one, combined with a particular family of medicine used in the anesthesia cocktail caused extreme hair shedding (all non covid related). Look forward to an update when you're feeling like it. Prayers.

I love your video and admire you technics. I am 68 years old and went through all of that. One thing over the years is you can cause infection, scaring and so on. Just a tip from me: Please Please stop using all of that and pinch the pimple ONCE squeeze it and just use Clearasil Ultra Rapid Action Treatment and leave it alone. You are too beautiful to use all that stuff and it is not necessary believe me. If you are going out sure, but as soon as you are home, use the Ultra cleanser and Clearasil only. The pimple has to dry out. I also found out my makeup was causing alot of my breakouts, now I use Olay or Covergirl forever and still do, it gave me less breakouts.

You have been through so much!! I really enjoy listening to you share your stories. My hair is falling out in chunks and my energy is in the tank. After listening to you, I believe I may have the hashimoto's disease. I already know I have an auto immune disorder however after seeing the rheumatologist, they have not detected what it is. Meanwhile, I'm trying desperately to save my hair! I have lost all faith in doctors and the medical society. Thanks for your videos! Kelly

Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) meds are often derived from horses, specifically pregnant mare draft horses, like percherons. The "farmers" extract the urine from the pregnant horses and then take the hormones from that urine. This industry causes great harm to horses. Those poor horses live in horrid conditions with tortuous painful catheters & bags that stay in for 10-12 months at a time to catch urine. Often, the catheters are not kept sterile & are prone to infection & are also not kindly, gently inserted nor removed. As if that weren't sad enough, after the mares have their offspring, the babies are taken from them in order to make them available to quickly get pregnant again. The young horses are often shipped to slaughter or auctioned off. If they escape the slaughter pipeline, they grow up without their mother, which often causes behavioral problems because they learn how to interact with humans & other horses by the guidance of their mothers in their formative years. If the mares are no longer able to produce enough hormones to make the owners money, they ship the mares to slaughter for dog food. All this said, know what is the source of your hormone meds. Some are plant based, but many are animal derived.

I started watching your videos a few years back and remember when you had that gorgeous silver hair and saw the video where some product you used destroyed it. I was heartbroken for you. You popped back into my feed today and I'm seeing that you're still playing around with colors and you just don't seem to be satisfied with anything. You've surely been blessed with strong hair that can take a punch. I will say that the purple hair was gorgeous on you.

Hi Lisa! I'm a forty-nine year old woman from Russia. Well, I've been looking for the videos which could inspire me to grow my grey hair ( now this topic is too important to me) when i suddenly ran into your vodeos. At first I noted that your hair was very similar to mine and it was my reason why i started watching your videos but then...I really like you! You are so sencere and truthful...it brided me. I do want you get better and I hope to see your soon.❤❤❤

After months of suffering from coldness and extreme fatigue, my hair didn't fall out, but it started getting crunchy and kinky. No breakage either but i could tell something was wrong. I did my research and went to the doctor ant told him i think i have hypothyroidism. And he looked at me and said, "You don't have hypothyroidism, every woman thinks they have a thyroid problem". But he agreed to test me. Then called me a week later and said I don't have it. I said, "That's impossible, i want an antibody test!". So he supposedly tested me again and finally called and said "Good news, you have hypothyroidism!" I said he SUPPOSEDLY tested me again, because i don't think he even tested me the 1st time. But at that moment, i was relieved i was going to get some meds to feel better. I later developed some neck muscle issues (unrelated to my thyroid). After a month of ineffective medical care from him, i switched doctors. An internist that specialized in pain management, and with HER treatment, i progressively improved and recovered.

Please check out the carnivore diet. Alot of people heal their gut through this process of elimination. I had IBS...it was caused by gluten, dairy, and corn. From there I learned almonds were an issue with my thyroid and heart palpations. Once I removed those foods...I felt amazing! It's just figuring out what foods are causing the symptoms. Wishing you the best!❤

I miss you so much! I would worry about you working so hard to be beautiful when I recognized how very gorgeous you are naturally. So I’ve prayed for you since your last video. Please love & give yourself some grace by resting and being thankful with how good you look now. Any woman who has had a bladder lift has these horror stories of that mesh rotting inside. My mother and aunt went thru it.
