I don't think U13 is a retimer - source signals seem to be AC biased (caps) while output is TMDS (hdmi) so I'm thinking its maybe a displayport to HDMI bridge. unless this is some quirk of zynq hdmi output that it requires AC biasing but even then I'm not sure how that would work.

Ok, a couple dumb questions: What is the exact threading INTO the tank? Standard 3/4" NPT pipe threading? Put the tank outside, exit down, in the sun on sunny days, for drying. It'll dry. I'd like to make a quite small tank for high portability (and just a little air for cleaning / dust removal on small items) out of a 1 lb. propane bottle. Is the threading the same?

I began my career in refrigeration in the UK 1976 and only came across 3 or 4 "pancake" compressors which were made by a company in Scotland I think called Sterne. In those days Frigidare and Prectcold compressors were the main ones used in refrigeration and in the Frigidaire range were belt driven and the semi-hermetic which were called Dynapac. I worked for a Frigidaire dealer rebuilding compressors. Great video thank you.

We're now at the same point with leds that we were with cfls, where the cost and build quality has plummeted but at the same time the quality of the light has improved along with efficiency.

THANK YOU!!! After watching your video, I was able to diagnose and repair my Genteq ECM 2.3 1 HP motor. Mine had the same symptoms as your motor. When I tested the ohms across the 3 leads my readings were 1.2, 4.8, 4.4. I read they need to be the same. I disassembled the motor and fortunately located the wire that was causing the problem. I bent it and applied epoxy resin. Checking the ohms, I now have 5.6, 5.6, 5.6 and no shorts to ground. The bearings seemed good and also the ECM modules didn't appear to have any burned area. I reassembled and installed the motor and IT'S WORKING!!!! Don't know for how long but at least I was able to get the A/C back. I found your video courtesy of grayfurnaceman. He mentions your video in the comments section.

Wow! Don’t know if anyone else has asked this, but is it a myth that shouldn’t play an LP more than once a day due to heat distortion? Asking for a friend🤔
@josephbennett3482

Yes it's true, you shouldn't repeatedly play a record surface more than once a day because the vinyl surface needs to rest because it heats up due to the friction and the repeated playing will wear out the grooves.

Love the anti-backlash design. Does your first version's yaw work well? (Ie. when all the vanes turn CW or CCW). I had the idea to make something similar in an RC airframe so it would be actually a roll movement and wondering if it would be enough to overcome the wing's resistant. I'm trying to stay away from needing any control surfaces like ailerons for rolling.

Thank you for this awesome video…Can this cut metal? I’m a bit confused about the low power, (500mw), how is that amplified to cut metal? I’m looking into a diy laser cutter but I’m not sure which power I should get and how that power is increased. If someone could explain I’d be grateful. Thanks

Hey since theres no contra rotating blades / turbine fans how are you cancelling out the rotational torque that gets generated by the rotation of the blades? Do the control surfaces at the bottom able to rotate independently and generate yaw authority?
