My name is Quinlan Smith and I’m here to help you transform your body and mind through fitness.A few years ago my mother passed away from cancer and I let myself spiral. I was 6’4”, severely underweight at 140 pounds - and I had no motivation. I looked at myself in the mirror and I didn’t like what a saw - both mentally and physically.
I started to wake up every morning on purpose. I improved my diet one day at a time. I started going to the gym and researching the best workout and weightlifting routines.
Over the past 4 years I’ve gained close to 40 pounds and I’m the happiest I’ve ever been.
