Did you take off the saddle bags and then put on the sissy bar? Or is it detachable and you didnt need to pull out the saddlebags?
@RowdyFewRidinCrew
24 күн бұрын
@@sanemonk1 the sissy bar was placed on first then the attachment bolts for the saddlebags holds it all together. They give you differing sized spacers to accommodate. It’s not a quick detach however

Did you have to get a tuner on the bike when you put on the Arlen Ness big sucker? If you said it in the video I missed it if you did. I have the same bike and really do the love it.

Got the 23. So far, I did forward controls, replaced the seat, hand grips & foot pegs. Got the foot peg adapter kit from DK Customs so aftermarket pegs would fit. Not sure about a stage 1 yet, but I'm looking for better sounding pipes.

As your comment is 5 months old, not sure if you changed out your handlebars, but I've got a 2021 FXST that I put 14" Todd's Cycle apes on. Friggin' love 'em and I'm about 5'8". I think at 5'11" you could even get away with 16" pretty easy but obv depends on what you're going for and comfort.
