Ilah Jarvis
I’m a watercolorist, knitter, crocheter, sewist, and all around artist and crafter. I feel it is important to use our hands in the physical world and that creativity is essential for basic happiness. I encourage everyone to experiment and not be afraid to make mistakes. We are our hardest judges and it’s difficult to recognize the beauty we create, so keep making and give the results some room to breathe before you judge them. I love the writings of Sister Corita Kent and Lynda Barry. I teach all the above in the San Francisco Bay Area, and share my discoveries and processes in a monthly newsletter, on my blog, on instagram and my fiber arts at www.ravelrycom under EatBetter.- 2:44
