Don’t sell or treat people like that it will come back and bite you do it right the first time so everyone is happy especially the company that’s buying them from you it’s easy to do it right the first time because some companies won’t buy from you again all because of poor workmanship just my opinion that’s all to each it’s on 😂😂😂

At the 14:30 mark you removed a lead board that was slightly misplaced (not flush), but other than being misplaced the board was in perfect condition.Even after popping it loose with machine, it remained perfect. Surprised your employer doesn't make you use them instead of getting another new board. I can see your using new 1x4's which are about 50 cents ea. New 1x4's new are about 75 cents ea. New boards on a repair operation is very rare. With Dismantling old pallets you get a used 1x4 down to about 10 cents. I know these are your employers issues, not yours. Anyway, good job.

The pallets I get to repair look like they’ve been run over by a truck. The material handlers prioritize all the ese’s and give them pristene pallets like the ones I see here. Sucks to be white

I have been repairing pallets for a little over a year now. The most I’ve ever gotten done in one was day was 430 went in at 7 am and diddnt leave work till about 8 pm it honestly depends on the pallets your repairing if the wood is shitty it will take longer to repair

800 a day 5 days a week? Ive never seen it. The most ive ever gotten in a 8 hr shift was 560. On average i can do 325 to 450. Alot of it depends on the condition of the pallets when they come

It depends if u work for a place like this then they probably pay somewhere about. $0.40 - $0.55 a pallet but a place like mine where are pallet are like pretty much garbage so they pay way more I get $1.25 a pallet because most people won't repair those so what I do is to much bullshit but the fucking paychecks are awesome
