Whoa .. 145 degrees?? .. with a reactive ball? .. Ummm .. I don't think so !!! .. DO NOT DO THAT TO YOUR BALL!!! .. DO NOT heat to more than 130 degrees .. MAX!! .. anything above about 130F will begin to degrade the plasticizer in the resin of your ball and destroy your ball. In fact, I would highly recommend not heating to anything more than 125F .. especially or an hour at a time or more. If you are looking for a long life out of your balls, do NOT over heat them or you will remove years of life from them. It is good to detoxify your balls, but be VERY careful how you do it !!!

Fill a bucket with scolding hot water and a couple squirts of unscented dish soap. Carefully place your bowling ball into the bucket of scolding hot water. Wait for 60 minutes. Remove your bowling ball from the oily dirty water. Clean out the bucket and then refill it again with scolding hot water. Carefully place your bowling ball into the bucket of scolding hot water. Wait for 30 minutes. Remove your bowling ball from the oily dirty water. Wipe your bowling ball off with a clean microfiber towel. Use the $150 dollars you've saved cleaning your own ball on a local prostitute.

We just bought it. Have tried it on 4 balls that have never been de-oiled and no oil is sweating from them. No results so far. Not worth the money yet.

I finally bought it. Unbelievable; Apparently Storm Bowling Balls absorb lots of oil? Used NuBall three times already within 6months amazing the oil that came out. Not so much on my Hammer or Ebonite Balls. Thus far I love it.
