I have this on tape somewhere and I wish I could find it because it's the only full episode I have of P.O.T.H. I used to LOVE this show. Your appearance was one of my favorite performances. I remember it like it was yesterday. It brings back a lot of great memories. Dang, I miss the 80s. LOL I always waited for the people who did the strange costumes or used odd props or puppets and enjoyed those the best. Do you happen to know the name of the guy that performed right before you? You briefly see him at the beginning of this clip. He did Pablo Cruise's "I Go to Rio". I'm trying to figure out if it's who I think it is. If it is, he doesn't list it on any resume of his work.

Thank you so much for remembering. It makes me feel great that it was so memorable for you. I do not remember the gentleman's name who performed before me but I do see him in commercials and TV shows.

Greg Gilger I swear that it's Doug Jones. I remember that his performance had him doing a lot of physical comedy with his long skinny legs and dancing. Doug Jones has been in a whole lot of movies, TV, etc but he's usually in makeup and you don't always see his face because he's a monster or mutant or whatever. LOL Hollywood uses him whenever they need a unique looking or creepy moving body. He's very limber and had worked as a mime and contortionist. It looks like him plus I think I remember his name being announced as "Doug Jones".He has the same eyes. I had never thought about it until watching this video and seeing him for that tiny second or two because it's been almost 30 yrs since I've seen this and I've only known about Doug Jones for around 10 yrs. I really miss shows like this. I'd much rather enjoy watching smaller, fun shows like this again over the bigger shows like American Idol or America's Got Talent. I always wanted to go on it when I was a kid. It looked like you had a great time! It's so cool that places like KZitem exist where these videos can be watched again and that both people that watched it back in the day and people that were actually on it can reminisce.

Greg Gilger It sounds as if Allen Fawcett says something like "Alright, Doug" at the beginning of the clip. It's cool to hear he was nice. He seems like he would be. I saw him recently on an episode of Face-Off on Syfy. I say "BRING BACK PUTTIN' ON THE HITS" !!! LOL I also watched your Gong Show appearances & thought they were funny but I didn't remember you being on those. That's another show they should bring back. They were both similar (probably because Chris Bearde was involved with both). Nice alien costume. Man, I miss old TV. LOL The "Tiny Head" video is funny too & proves you've still got it with creating weird characters using clever techniques. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. Now, I'm going to go sit in a corner & weep as I wish I could go back in time & be a kid again. LOL
