As someone who took 5 scoops of pre (400mg per scoop) more then once I can tell you, that both your kidneys nor your toilet are going to be having a fun time after this Also PLEASE stop using c4 pre workout, the formula is just shit. Personally I would just recommend something from the Ryse blackout series (I think it will fit you preddy well)
