Yoga with Tianna
I began practicing yoga back in 2009 while searching for a low impact workout. It started as a great way for me to develop a routine for flexibility. Over time my practice evolved as a tool for stress and meditation. I loved yoga so much I decided to teach and share the practice with others. KZitem is a great way for me to share the practice with everyone and especially black women and men who are looking for representation in yoga.I am a Yoga Alliance registered 200-hour yoga teacher and holds a certificate in children’s yoga. I specialize in teaching those new to yoga with private and group classes. I can customize each class based on the audience for an enjoyable class experience for all. I love my helping students further their journey into yoga. I consider myself a forever student.
