My aim is to help runners perform over the Ultra Distance. As a run coach for Destination Unknown and a Black Diamond Equipment Ambassador running has become a huge part of my life. Having completed 5x100 milers, ultra mountain races and numerous other events I've gained experience in training, strength & conditioning, nuttrition and lifestyle choices. My best performance to date is a sub 24 hr 4th position at the Arc of Attrition 2022. This channel documents my lifestyle, training progress, insights and experiences along the way.- 3:39
