Who are we?
We are best friends and it's been a little more than a decade since we've been on the yogic path.
We hold a Masters in Yoga, along with several TTP 's under our belt. We are certified in Pre Natal, Post Natal Yoga, Yoga Nidra as well as Yoga Therapy.
Ultimately we launched this channel to really share with you all the things that nourished our mind, body & soul.
