You are correct 💯.. I have lived in London for 17 years, and now I live in France in la Roche sur foron, not far from Geneva... the boot sales are definitely better and cheaper in London.. good luck when you get back there 🙋🏻♂️

I am from and live in London, my road has charity shops full of designer - versace, zimmermann, jimmy choo, maje, chanel, burberry etc. literally every time ive looked in, there’s designer. Im not in Knightsbridge or anything. The problem is, the pieces are always overpriced and bad quality. You can just buy it cheaper from like ebay or vestiaire

In Canada you put stuff back where you found it. Not leave it on the floor. Value Village is the most expensive “ charity “ shop in Canada. They are a for profit business.

Watching for the first time. Do you have the video speeded up? It's hard to follow when the item is whipped in front of the camera but not really easy to see the product brand labels or prices. Try to slow down the camera action and speech please. Thanks.

Value Village is one of the biggest cons in the retail industry,i live near a back of a store in windsor ontario canada ,years ago i made a complaint about noise at 7.am with employees tossing heavy items in a bin ,so i called the charity and the manger of the charity about the noise she said it is out of her control she slipped out pays that V.v. pays the charity only when their trucks drop off items and paid by the pound ,so that tell me that the items that you drop off at the community donation centre is 100% profit i see what is going on many items go straight to a bin that goes to the dump do you think that V.v. pays the charity for items that go to the dump NO

Just search for "car boot" on google maps, mind you! Have a look at their official website! All accurate information is on their official website and social accounts! Don't completely trust the opening times shown on the map!

I work for a charity run shop in another country and I know that people are always complaining about the prices but they don't realize that there are expenses that need to be paid just like a regular stores do . Also we are also aware that a significant number of shoppers are resellers and they are very easy to spot and of course these are generally the people that want something for nothing , so we are not going to give things away at a cheaper price and loose money just so they can make more money . Anything that looks or feels expensive we generally Google it for pricing .

Thanks for watching :). I went to really small areas, called Cobham, Weybridge and Claygate. There are a couple more 'train' accessible towns that are bigger like Walton on Thames and Guildford that will have nice stuff too. I am putting out a de-clutter view tomorrow. Subscribe if you haven't done so :). Wishing you a lovely weekend 🌞
