the two guys in the first one had me thinking "what the hell are the katayanagi twins doing in a youtube video???"

i've got a weird one for you all - "buhay" or "buhai". it looks like a drum, but you pull a strand of horse hair to make the sound. it does not... sound... nice.. but it is interesting!

Imagine you’re a Roman Legionnaire, you’re walking through a foggy valley, knee deep in mud, you can barely move through said mud in your heavy armour, then, the howling sounds of a few Carnyx echo through the valley. You swear you see shadows moving about just beyond your view limits, you hear quiet Celtic whispers ahead and all around. Fear sets in, in you and the men around you.

Nyckelharpa was a common theme in music class in school when i was a child. Very fine craft and tricky to play. Very cool instruments in this compilation. Greetings from Sweden ♥️🇸🇪

Finally! I've been looking for the instrument EVERYWHERE. One of my favourite musicians actually uses a Factory Base Fan for her songs. Check out Kira Killer by Zutomayo! It's a fantastic use of the instrument, even having its own solo at the end. We should really promote using more instruments, even in places where they seemingly might not fit.
