Ringing in this event was the highlight of my handbell ‘career’! It gave me chills when the crowd erupted into cheers and screams and clapping, so very special!

This for me is still mind-blowing and I'm re watching this in 2020. I still remember how I felt after I heard the official total and hearing that we broke a world record.

This is why I enjoy Tuesday night rehearsals with the handbell chior of our church. This is beyond WOW.

Would you list the title and composer of the music the ringers are playing? And is the Director Hart Morris? What handbell group is on the platform?

The director IS, indeed Hart Morris, and the piece was arranged specially for this event by him. It's a medley piece of "Silver Bells" and "Carol of the Bells."

Oh, and I forgot...the group on the platform is local group Bells of the Lakes, directed by Bill Mathis (and a few additional friends - you know how bell choirs are). They performed a special mini-concert for the event.
