You get a thumbs DOWN for owning a Zero. Other than that, it was a good video. I have seen turkey, deer, an elk, a black bear, raccoons, possums, armadillos, ground hogs, and many other creatures while out riding.

I can't say the light pattern is satisfying. Have mine ELW adjusted already. But the spread and light emission is not great.

Nice seat Upgrade. Windshield is a bit large compared to the bike I think.

Nice video. Is that Corbin seat much heavier than the stock one? I have had Corbins on other bikes and they were always quite a bit heavier.

I think it is but the speed of the bike does not care

@@tomofnorthcal Yeah the speed is great I have the same year and colour as you :) I have only really been able to stretch it's legs this month I bought mine in December so the weather here is just now warm enough. I have managed 552kms so far this month though. Tested out the fast charging and just loving the bike so far.

The bike runs and maneuvers wonderfully. I sold it because I could figure out why it has a random stalling issue when down shifting. I mechanic bought it from Calmoto.

In rainy seasons does it trap water or does it let water flow n keep you dry?
@tomofnorthcal

I have not ridden in the rain with it yet. Dry season currently. It is supposed to move rain away from you but I cannot confirm this yet.

Hi Tom, I know you might of sold your helmet already, but I found that the mic pic up on the helmet is just very sensitive..so if you whisper to it, the sound is much clearer. I uploaded a couple test clips to my channel if you want to take a look.

What size helmet did you buy? Compared to a bilt or shoei helmet does it run big, small or about the same?
@tomofnorthcal

I bought a large. A large is tight enough for me. It is a little heavy at about 4lbs. Sizing is accurate. Quality is good. I am actually selling it on facebook and ebay.

@@tomofnorthcal I had to sell my Jarvish X helmet because it was too small. I liked the camera and audio built in concept though. The audio had a little too much software anc, on it though. What helmet cam setup are you going to use now?

@@YBGuy Am not sure, but I like my Kodac360 camera, but it does not have a mic jack, so I have to do voice overs. Another great thing about a 360 cam is that one cam gives you a-roll, b-roll, c-roll, and d-roll. Thus you save money on less equipment. Bad thing about it is finding easy to use software that outputs without damaging the quality. I could just go back to my basic GoPro, too.

Nice bike, looking at this for my first bike or the CTX 700n. I have not sat on either one yet I am 6'3 and will have to see how well I fit on the bikes :-).

Thx, James. I'm 5'10". At 6'3" there is no bike perfect for you unfortunately, but you should be OK with the NC700X for 2014. For $200, you should be able to raise it 1 inch, too. It is an easier bike to ride in general. There are taller bikes, but I think they cost more. Good luck.

Thanks jm3. I'm going to wait a bit before I reveal my camera setup (but yes it is internal and experimental). I might even start a new channel just for California landscape vlogging and for what to expect when riding in NorthCal city roads.

Hi Tom, Nice video. I would like to become a MotoVlogger like you. What kind of mount do you use for your camera? Are you using HD Pro camera? I've heard lots of good reviews on it. Anyway thanks for sharing this video, man. Take care.
