what do you want to know about the rear drive chains? I had all the axles out and replaced the seals and bearings as well as cut some fresh keyways on a couple that were getting pretty sloppy. I wish I had recorded it but I broke the tripod and had no extra hands to video.

I’m still working on mine too. I found that the two drive sprocket gears on the wheel drive motors were missing some teeth. I also decided to repaint it because it is just about all the way apart.

Well had to put it on hold for a while. The weather out side got colder to soon. I can only paint outside. I also picked up a 843 bobcat with a bad engine. Working on that one also.

Hi ! Great video! I have case 1816C, I bought it without the seat Mount so I ordered a seat on eBay. I have shock absorbers but the new seat has no place to attach it. Please advise to this when making your next video. I don’t know if I should remove shock absorbers completely or weld something to the seat Mount for attachment. Looking forward to see your progress in fixing this toy. Thanks in advance !

I will have to run out and look under the seat again soon. its either those shocks or another set bringing your levers back to center. the valves on the pump are not self centering, so there are additional components built into the lever assembly along with some adjustments to bring the flow of fluid to a halt. Thanks for you feedback!

I do have more content, I've just not gotten it finished in splicing it all together and uploaded. the Honda gx660 I installed bolted right in. I had to get two different length belts to make it work because the shaft height was a bit taller on the Honda. 7/8'' if I can remember correctly. was pretty straight forward. thanks! ill see if I can send you a message when I get the new video up

@@midwestmetalstorm6162 is the Honda the same as a predator engine ? If so could you give me the belt sizes I’m haveing trouble with my pto the belts the guy put on keep the pto engaged constantly. Any thoughts on using and electric pto from say a tractor ?

@@hugeranger782 The shaft height on the predator 670cc is 5.250'' and on the Honda it is 5.260''. The Tecumseh I pulled out of it had a shaft height of approximatley 4.625''. I don't remember off the top of my head what the belt lengths were. we added an inch to each belt running the drive pumps. the loader pump is always engaged as it has no other option.

@@midwestmetalstorm6162 that is a HUGE help thanks . It seems that the guy also mucked up the belt alignment one drive belt looks like it would be better off on the outside sheave and vice versa . Not sure what he was thinking if you r going to do the job do it right or not at all . I payed $4000 with the new motor and 2 new tilt cylinders and hoses so it’s still not that bad to me .

Do your self a favor and get the 2 ply hydraulic lines for the controls cause they blow if you're going to up the hp

Not a bad idea! I was planning on running the motor at half throttle 90% of the time as I just don't like the noise a small gas engine makes wrapped out. the hoses all probably need replaced soon anyway.

@@hugeranger782 I drilled holes to line up with original engine holes first and then drilled and taped the holes for predator engine. I bought a Engine template from a predator aftermarket website so I could get the holes just about perfect. It was a big pain and took a lot of time but it looks like it will work great. I had to counter sink two of the original engine bolts because it interfered with the engine when they were sticking up. I wish I could figure out how to take a picture and post it on here.
