How is it holding up when having the apple pencil with a grip holder like you do? Does it still charge? Would your answers also apply for the Ipad pro 12.9 inches latest gen? Thank you!

Mouse Case < Zugu Case If you don't use a keyboard on your iPad. Zugu case is a no brainer. With that almost same price tag as the Mous' case. I'd rather go for the Zugu one.

Thank you for going into the minutia of some aspects of these cases. Knowing which cases are screen-protector friendly and how they function is left out of A LOT of reviews by reviewers that have clearly turned into influencers touting how great XYZ case is.

Very good review, touching on items most reviewers do not. While using the stand, if you lift it up, will the magnets hold to cover? Or let it go? Any reason you went with this over the Zugu case?

I have looked into this pretty extensively. For any case that protects your device, there's going to be weight. The $20 cases you can get on Amazon might weigh 30% as much as the Mous, and will protect from scuffs and scratches, but they offer no real fall protection, they're just plastic and rubber shells... no shock protection or anything like that. So you just need to decide how drop prone you might be!

Hello, helpful video. I like to place my iPad on my lap to watch videos. Do you think the folio kick stand combo will work while on a soft uneven surface like my legs? Also does the Apple Pencil storage part feel like it protects the pencil well? Thanks for your help!!

Is the back of the case magnetic?
@TechnicallyConnecting

The back of the case is magnetic enough to hold the back flap of the case in place while turning over. It’s not a strong magnet though.

Is the very last stand height comfortable to write on with the apple pencil? It looks a little high and I’m unsure if theres a way to lower it any further. Thanks!
@TechnicallyConnecting
2 жыл бұрын
Depending on how you are sitting the case can allow for an easy height to write on. Sitting straight up and having the case at the lowest angle works okay enough, but there is pressure added on the elbow. If you are sitting back and slightly slouched, the lowest angle is a lot more comfortable to use while writing.

Hi i bought this case for my ipad pro, and i bought also Pencil case but it doesn’t charge with my ipad, which Pencil Case do i have to buy ?
@TechnicallyConnecting
3 жыл бұрын
Hmm, that’s interesting. I don’t have a case on my pencil so I haven’t been able to test it, but from what your saying it sounds like having the Mous case and a pencil case in at the same time prevents the magnetic charging connection to activate. If you take off the pencil case does it connect and charge to the iPad that’s in the Mous case? I might need to get a pencil case to test the theory.
@mulb6
3 жыл бұрын
@@TechnicallyConnecting Yes, when i take the pencil case off it charges. If you want to test it, i bought the „AHASTYLE Apple Pencil 2 Case Silicone” it costs 10 $, they come with 2 cases i bought the black & dark blue, but with this pencil case, my pencil didn’t charge 😞. I think i will buy the „uppr Pencil case grip” because they said, you can take it off when you wanna charge, and put it on when you want to use the pencil 👍🏻!.

Sorry for the slow reply! But to your question, It is absolutely durable. If you’ve ever dropped your iPad and have fears of doing it again I would say this is worth it 100%. I have zero fears of my iPad breaking. The only downside is the added weight it brings to it.

Mous is known for their drop protection, and durability. The questions I had before purchasing the case were more geared towards topics that weren’t mentioned or covered on their site. It will be very cool to see someone actually do real life tests of their iPad case durability. I’m looking forward to seeing those videos come out.
