Looks so good, but PLEASE add EVOO or avocado oil instead of vegetable oil! Such a shame to ruin a tasty and otherwise very healthy recipe with that poison!

I lived and worked in catania with my best friend a long time ago and have been going back for the last 6 years back again this year. Its where our hearts lie especally toarmina its as soon as i see mamma etna its like being home. Beautiful country beautiful people. So many places to accicastello accrieale savocca cefalu agrigento never ending beautiful places and many more. If you get a chance go and hope you fall in love with it as much as we do. Looks Amazing Joshua always does great! Side note from a chefs perspective personally I don’t add salt until the end because anchovies are already salty and I like to ensure I get a perfect taste. But you did great 😄 love it!

Not so. Fresh egg yolk is fine. Bodybuilders have been pounding raw eggs since 1900. Just make sure to eat it, not store it

Greedy market. In India we can get farm products in farmers market at cheap rates than the rates in shops. But here it is the opposite. Mostly bakery and eatables shop. All are priced higher than the price found in the shops.
