This is impressive yes - but boys get a big growth spurt in their teens and their testosterone levels shoot way up - so it’s not uncommon for boys to be able to gain a ton of muscle in 1-3 years

1. Determination. 2. The right exercises. 3. Good form (no cheating) in performing exercises. 4. Healthy diet. 5. Rest - to allow muscle repair that provides added size and strength. Good to remember - more haste, less speed! The body needs its own time to adapt, repair and rebuild stronger...sometimes something of a "stop/start" progress. Be patient and persistent - and be proud of what can be achieved.

Something is fishy here. First you said you were 52kg at the start and at the end you say you were 60kg at 15 which you claim to be the "start". I'm pretty sure you're lying about the time span and I don't understand what the point of it is. It's impressive eather way no need to lie about that shit.

It’s actually quite hillarious as im a 177 cm as well but only 57 kg and i don’t look as skinny as him at all in the before pic. 18 kg weight gain without gaining bodyfat so mostly muscle in a single year would be obvious drug use so he indeed wanted to make it look less sus and still crazy impressive. 10 kg of almost only muscle is still very sus imo especially for a skinny kid. I gained 5 kg of weight my first year… mostly muscle.

Drink alot of water, eat a decent breakfast, small lunch, and small diner. Do alot of cardio that makes u sweat like running, but run with a hoodie so u sweat alot more and that's basically how u loose weight.

@@MexicanCrusader bruh sweating doesn’t mean ull lose weight as in bodyfat. Sweating only appears when ur too hot and ur body is trying to cool down, all ur losing is water. As a matter of fact, being too hot will make u perform worse then if u where at a comfortable temperature which results in burning less calories.

Well, as for me, I started in january 2020 with 212 pounds, and in december of 2020 , I realized that I lost 12 months of my life, eating less, dieting and just lost my whole patience. And 213 pounds. I'm screwed !!!!🤔
