@@DiscingWithDale my combo is the eclipse proxy and total eclipse tempo. My Envy's just lacked the stability I was looking for.... I just started using the pixels for putting putters.... For more floating approach shots I use the watt... And I must confess I still bag a zone for short os approaches, please forgive me.... ;-)

Hi Dale. You may remember me from the time we were playing a little frisbee on the beach and I accidentally launched your favorite disc in the Pacific ocean. I still think of that from time to time and feel mildly embarrassed. Anyway, I hope you're well. Nice work on the video.

I love field work, but mine looks very different from this session. Warm up with putting but then from there everything is very intentional. I will approach forehand and backhand from 200 with all my putters, 250 with all midranges, 300 with all fairways. I also set soccer corner flags up to force lines, tight and wide hyzer and a gap up the middle for all those distances. I also set up circle 1 with cones so I know what percentage of my shots are in C1 I also have a ring of cones at 15 feet because that is my never miss putt zone. My favourite days are windy so I can do those shots in all different directions of wind. I'd like to get out and do it in rain too but I'm weak and don't do it very often. Occasionally I will do a full session of strange stuff. Putt with straddle stretched, diving forward, jump and turbo. Approach with rollers, tomahawks, thumbers, thumbers cut rollers. It has made a big difference on the course and I've won two a tiers and a c tier (for my old man category lol) this season. Still can't throw farther than 350 though but my accuracy makes up for it.

Holy cow@@Kvothe3 ! This is an awesome routine. I absolutely love the set up you’ve got going here. I’m going to have to make a more in depth video down the road because this sounds like it could really improve not only my own game but the many others I hope see my videos. You’ve set up a very nice frame work that’s I’d love to try! Thank you.

@DiscingWithDale Enjoy! But also shout out to Ezra Aderhold because his video about field work ages ago is what inspired me. I think the part that I enjoy the most is forcing myself to throw all the lines with all the discs. It's hilarious to throw my Rollo on a 250 foot wide hyzer line (almost vertical hyzer with lots of spin and powerd down) But also you learn amazing touch with all the discs!

Ah fieldwork. That time where I don't have to keep score, have no drunk card-mates, don't ever lose discs (I know how to count), and still get to see plastic fly and make cool shapes while I improve my game. It's terrible...just the worst. *Cries*

@@stevensmith4776 Thank you! It all started when I was trying out different midranges and randomly bought a neutron reactor off of Infinite Discs. Not soon after I got it dyed with a Piglet dye and it became my favorite disc. MVP slowly took over my bag after a local destroyed me week after week with the MVP Catalyst and I dove in trying to get better. It didn’t work right away, but I’m loving what they’re doing with their discs right now. (If you haven’t thrown the fission Dimension check it out, I just discovered it’s a forehand bomber!) I have ideas to try out other brands though too, like Kastaplast.
