If you rev match then you don’t get the full engine brake 🥴 let the clutch out until rpm’s start to rise and once they’re finished rising you fully release the clutch

Exactly what I did in my old manual shift truck. So easy and saves those brakes!

The contact patch of the tire might change a little bit, but overall that won’t make much of a difference and largely depends on the tire. What really causes problems is that your weight works in conjunction with the centrifugal force while the tire’s grip stays the same.

Those turns just amplify the fact that the smallest bit of loose sand, gravel, hell even water depending on the texture of the road can completely break traction at any speed.

I’m a Shoei faithful. Was best for comfort and safety. Though I am reconsidering for the new HJC RPHA1. ECE certification plus FIM. Tried both. X15 may have edge on comfort but RPHA1 is better value.

I've never rode before, but I'm so interested bcuz of all the vids i see. I never see anyone ride sport bikes where im from, i usually see Harleys and only when its warm out (older ppl) but how much much money do you need to get into riding, and is it even worth it if no one else has one? Are bikes a reliable source of transportation? I live in eastern KY so me and all my buddies have trucks but east ky has perfect roads for this type of stuff lmk

I ride alone most of the time and have an amazing time! Def worth it! I’d say 3-5k can get you a great starter pack, bike and gear included!

1. The bike is gonna be at least $3k 2. Gear depending on how much you spend could get into the $1k-2k mark 3. Make sure you take your time to learn all the info you can, I studied bikes for like a year straight before I got my license and bike shortly after Now im on my 7th bike going into my 8th and I started riding in January 2020 lol the addiction is real

Worked at a bike shop for 7 years. Started on a 300 went to a 600, then a bomber and then 1000 and then track bike. By time I was moving on with my career I sold everything and had a 400 ninja. Small, easy, cheap, and cost me $2600 lol. Thats a year of car payments on a beater

This should apply to cars too because more than likely you are gonna crash your first car it's just something that happens and when people spend thousands of dollars on a car it's probably gonna last like a month or 2 that's why I only spent 750 on my truck, it runs good and if I go to an accident it won't really matter. And my brother is a mechanic so i have "free" services.

I’ve been wanting a bike for some time now to but I’m not experienced with them at all. I’ve probably ride’n a dirt bike twice my whole life a a teen and even then it was kinda sketchy for me. I’ve been thinkin about gettin my own dirt bike so I can get comfortable with that first for awhile and then somewhere down the line get a Harley to just cruise around on. Nothin to crazy.
