@1:46 you start driving your arms, but you do it the wrong way. When you want to go faster dont drive your arms forward, because it sends your body backwards. Maintain what you were doing the entire way, but more effort pulling back and make to still have relaxation on the way forward. just speed it up. look it the greats like david radisha they always appear relaxed because good arm form is relaxation on the way forward and putting effort on the pull back phase. Don't fall into the trap because your coach said "go to your arms" to change the form you had. Just speed up the arm swing you had was good.

Nice form! You could still improve it by pushing more on the ground at the start of your contact. Here we can see that you're pushing for too long on the ground, causing you to cycle back your leg too much. The way you land your foot on the ground couldn't be more improved, it's the perfect technique!

Pretty fast? Any time under 2 minutes is absolutely exceptional. Maybe not quite world class, but definitely have to be an incredible athlete to do that.

Far from perfect: one foot comes up significantly lower on the back kick than the other, hunched forward/ nerd neck when running, weak hip extension due to probably tight hip flexors, arm swing too wide. All of those are not perfect.
