Wrong....this is a buddhist mantra. From a female buddha, Tara.

The Buddhist Tara evolves from a Hindu Goddess - not the same in context, but an historical connection. The words are also from Hindu, though Tibetans change a little with accent. But as one of the Rimpoches mentions, the Buddha/Goddess Tara has different forms -- not to be taken literally but as a form we can meditate upon to connect to the qualities and energies of the Universe she represents.
