"deep penetration"😂😂😂... Also was this recorded in a mall food court? Whats with all the noise?

Sometimes we underestimate the human brain. For someone who never studied mechanical engineering, this must look like alien technology.

Have moved on from the calendar stick to making a perpetual calendar based on cogs but my design is evolving and different than this. Trying to work out my own way of doing it. Still love this video.

And here I am manually changing the date on my watch like a sucker. 😂 Seriously, that’s some impressive engineering to come up with that.

Well, a perpetual calendar also needs to be adjusted, but there are hundreds of years in between adjustations. In 2100, you would have to change the date from February 29th to March 1st, because the leap year is cancelled if the year ends in 00 and it's not divisible by 400. I guess that you could make a mechanism that takes that into account, but it would be really complex, maybe an engineering masterpiece.

This is art, genius and craftsmanship rolled into one. Unfortunately we now live in a generation of low iq morons where this kind of thing has no significance.

The system is not as complicated as I thought but very ingenious. Also, Smartwatches is still smarter given its programing and things it can do. This one simply tells us time and date.

To add to that, a JLC Master Perpetual in 37mm can be had for significantly less than a Daytona as well. Just an excellent value proposition given the complication and level of finishing. Would be great to own a Patek some day but the perpetual is out of the question given price.

Mind blow by the complexity. This needs to have thousands of views, because I suspect most people have no clue how to manage the trick of a perpetual calendar ( or even an annual one.)
